Summary
Pathwaize Intelligence is a global AI layer running across the entire Pathwaize platform.
Three properties define it:
It knows the specific business (criteria, scripts, offers, history), it holds state across functions rather than resetting each session, and it executes work rather than assisting with it.
First engines: Knowledge Engine (Business Brain) storing SOPs, scripts, offers, and buy box criteria; Authority Engine producing 46+ content pieces per week in the operator’s voice. Founding members received a 60-day trial, founder pricing locked for life, $2,000 implementation fee waived, full Business Brain buildout, and access to all future engines.

Pathwaize Intelligence is live, and the founding cohort activated this week.
This is worth explaining carefully, because the phrase “AI layer” gets used loosely across the software industry right now – usually to describe a chat window someone added to an existing product.
That is not what this is.
What Pathwaize Intelligence Actually Is
Pathwaize Intelligence is a global AI layer that runs across the entire platform. It sits above every function – data, communication, follow-up, marketing, deal management – rather than inside any one of them.
Three things define it:
It knows the business. Not in the general sense that a language model knows how real estate works. In the specific sense that it holds the operation’s criteria, scripts, offers, history, and data as working context.
It holds state. Context does not reset between interactions. What the platform learned in June is still available in August. What one engine produces, another engine can build on.
It executes work. This is the distinction that matters most. Pathwaize Intelligence does not assist with tasks. It performs them – on command when an operator asks, and intuitively when conditions warrant action without anyone asking.
That third capability is only possible because of the first two. An AI system cannot act intuitively on a business it does not understand.
The First Engines
Knowledge Engine — the Business Brain
The Knowledge Engine is the operation’s memory. SOPs, scripts, offer structures, buy box criteria, objection handling, vendor lists, market notes, and institutional knowledge stored in one structured place.
Two things change when a business has this.
The first is continuity. When a team member leaves, the operation does not lose context with them. The knowledge lived in the platform, not in one person’s head.
The second is consistency. Every engine and every person on the team operates from the same source of truth.
Authority Engine — the Content Operation
The Authority Engine produces a complete content operation. More than 46 pieces per week across every channel: blog posts, social content, email, video scripts, comparison content, and long-form articles – all in the operator’s own voice.
Content is one of the clearest examples of the gap between assistance and execution. An AI writing assistant helps an operator write faster. A content engine publishes without the operator writing at all.
Authority compounds. An investor who publishes consistently for twelve months has built something an investor who publishes sporadically cannot catch up on quickly. The Authority Engine makes that consistency structural instead of dependent on available time.
More engines are in build. The rollout continues.
What Founding Members Received
The founding cohort activated this week. That group received a 60-day Intelligence trial, founder pricing locked in for life after the trial, the $2,000 implementation fee waived, a full Business Brain buildout, and access to the first Intelligence engines and every future engine as it releases.
That cohort is now closed. The founding terms are not being reopened.
Why This Matters Operationally
The case for an AI layer is not that AI is impressive. It is that operational capacity in a small business has always been capped by the owner’s available hours.
Every function an operator handles personally – answering calls, following up, writing content, analyzing deals, training the team – competes for the same finite resource. Adding tools does not solve this. Tools require operation. Five tools require five operators or one very tired owner.
An AI layer changes the constraint. Work that previously required attention now requires only direction. The owner’s hours move from execution to judgment, where they are worth considerably more.
That is the shift. Not faster work. Different work.
The Rollout Continues
Founding members are onboarding now. Business Brains are being built. Engines are coming online.
Additional engines are already in development, and the next investor group is forming.
The platform investors have been running deals on now has a brain. What happens next is a function of how many operators decide to use it.
